@pieter: I’m testing on testnet.demo.btcpayserver.org, with a testnet bitcoin wallet created using BitPay wallet. The extended public key starts with ‘tpub’. BitPay wallet expects the derived testnet addresses to start with m, but BTCPay expects the addresses to start with tb1
@naderh951: Does BTCpay support monero ?
@info417: @pieter Can you try with Electrum?
@naderh951 Not yet, there are some plans by Monero community, but it’s slow progress for now.
@pieter: same result using Electrum. I’ll show some screenshots (it’s on test anyway)
@info417: So the addresses are completely different, correct? Don’t even start the same?
@info417: Strange, I don’t use testnet, but hopefully someone will be able to help you out during the day.
@nicolasdorier: @pieter add -[legacy] at the end
of your derivation scheme
@pieter: great that works tnx
@nicolasdorier: you can also set the Hint Address in the “Wong Addresses” section below, you need to give first address of your wallet
it would figure out
